Today is the day when I begin communication with my city's code enforcement officer. Hopefully he/she will not be too desparaging of what previous owners of our potential investment were like and that they can see the good in what we have planned.
I ALSO have a 16 hour workday ahead of me.
The weather is getting warmer and my partner of nearly 6 years MIGHT actually be able to go to the beach for a change. I am glad he is enjoying Florida.
